Time to start drilling for oil and building more refineries, refineries run by solar power to convert oil to gas in government owned desert land all over CA. Had we started when drilling in Anwr in the mid 90’s we would not be captive to an offer of 500,000 MORE will from OPEC today, when Anwr would be sending 1 million plus. We are not going to get off of oil dependence in 7 days.
